Service fees

The service is charged at 15% of the total shipping and import costs, with a minimum service fee of £150. You'll always receive a clear quote and official invoice before any payment is due.

Example: If your total shipping, customs, and taxes are £800, our 15% fee would normally be £120 — however the £150 minimum service fee would apply. For a £1,500 shipment, the service fee would be £225.

Payment process

Once you approve the logistics quote, we issue an official invoice. All payments are handled securely by invoice and include documentation for your records.

After payment is confirmed, ImportMate manages the agreed logistics process — giving you peace of mind while your goods are in transit.
