Import-Only Management Service

Already have a supplier and product ready to ship? Our Import-Only Management Service takes over from there — handling freight booking, customs paperwork, and delivery to your chosen UK address or Amazon FBA warehouse.

Service fees

This service is charged at 15% of total shipping and import costs, with a minimum service fee of £150. You’ll always receive a quote and invoice before any payment is due.

Example: If your total shipping, customs, and taxes are £800, our 15% fee would normally be £120 — however, the £150 minimum service charge would apply. For a £1,500 shipment, the fee would be £225.

Payment process

Once your quote is approved, we’ll issue an official invoice. All payments are made securely and include documentation for your records. You’ll receive tracking and updates from dispatch to delivery.

Once payment is confirmed, ImportMate manages the full logistics process — giving you peace of mind while your goods are on the move.
