Our Product Sample Management Service is designed for anyone who wants to test a supplier or check product quality before committing to a full import order. We handle supplier communication, verification, and tracking so you can focus on reviewing results.

Service details

The fee for this service is £75 per sample. Supplier sample costs and international shipping fees are billed directly from the supplier at cost price — no markup.

Example: If a supplier charges £100 including postage, your total would be £175 (£100 supplier cost + £75 ImportMate service fee). Each additional sample is charged at £75.

Payment process

Once you confirm your sample request, we’ll send an official invoice for secure payment. You’ll receive supplier details, progress updates, and tracking information throughout the process.

After you’re happy with your sample, we can transition straight into the full Sourcing & Import Management Service for your chosen product.
