Our Sourcing & Import Management Service covers the entire process — from finding verified manufacturers to managing production, shipping, and customs. It’s the perfect solution for anyone who wants to import safely and professionally without handling supplier communication or logistics themselves.

How it works

You’ll begin by paying a £150 service deposit, which secures your project and allows us to start supplier outreach and cost preparation. Once you approve your supplier and quote, that £150 is fully credited toward your final import management fee.

Service fees

• ✔️ Orders under £1,333 — flat fee of £200
• ✔️ Orders from £1,333 to £4,000 — 15% of total order value
• ✔️ Orders above £4,000 — 10% of total order value

Example: On a £4,000 order, your import management fee would be £400. With the £150 deposit already paid, your remaining balance would be £250. For a smaller £1,000 order, the £200 minimum charge would apply.

Payment process

Once your deposit is confirmed, you’ll receive a professional digital invoice for your records. All future payments are handled securely by invoice — never through the website checkout — giving you full transparency and peace of mind.

After payment, we’ll confirm your project start date and begin sourcing immediately. You’ll receive regular updates with supplier photos, quotes, and shipping options until your order arrives in the UK.
